Create more uniform sign faces with 3M^TM Light Enhancement Film 3635-100. This film is specially formulated to cover all interiors, opaque surfaces within single-sided, internally illuminated cabinets. It creates superior, even illumination for signs while allowing for a reduction in energy use.

Film 3635-100 is ideally suited for signs and light boxes, channel letters, POP or trade show displays, posters and informational graphic light boxes, transit shelter advertising boxes, vending or dispensing machines and ATM’s – both indoors and out.

• The high reflectivity of film 3635-100 significantly increases brightness and reduces shadows, creating a more uniform sign face.

Film 3635-100:

• is a 5.5 mil (0.14 mm) opaque vinyl film; 5.5 to 6.5 mil (0.14 to 0.165 mm) with the adhesive, and 8.5 to 9.5 mil (0.216 to 1/241 mm) with adhesive and protective top covering
• has a clear, pressure-sensitive adhesive, which adheres quickly to a substrate
• has a 78# paper liner

Film 3635-100 can be applied to light box interiors made of bare aluminum, galvanized sheet metal, painted metal or most rigid plastics. It has a minimum application temperature of 40ºF (4.5ºC).

Available in rolls, film 3635-100 comes in standard 48" widths. It also is available in custom sheet sizes.

This film has a shelf life of two years. It should be stored in a clean, dry area, out of direct sunlight and at a temperature less than 100º F (38ºC).
